BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Confirmation of Appointment
We will send you an appointment confirmation via email 72 hours prior to your booking. An SMS confirmation will also be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you respond to this SMS once you receive it by replying Yes or No.
Client Bookings
All client bookings at SkinXLulu will require a $80 deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. This can be used towards your treatment on the day. Please note that deposits cannot be refunded.
Right to decline services
Lulu Aesthetica reserves the right to decline service to a client at any time, especially in the case that in the professional/clinical opinion of staff, the patient is not suitable for treatment. If we do so, we will refer you to alternative doctors/therapists/clinic for treatment.
We also have a zero-tolerance policy to racism, hate speech, threats, cyberbullying, or aggressive behaviour in our clinic.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Every person’s time is valuable, and we will do our utmost best to respect our client’s valuable time. Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. On-attendance at an appointment means the time cannot be allocated to another client. As a result, we ask that you provide us with 48hrs notice to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellation or no shows, will incur a $80 fee. We understand that life happens and sometimes you just cannot make it to your appointment, but we ask our clients to inform us if this is the case and to cancel an appointment at the earliest possible time.
Refund Policy
SkinXLulu has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of goods or services if you change your mind. Furthermore, our ‘no refund’ policy applies to medical procedures (including injectables) and dermal treatments and procedures. Please note that our treatments, services, and packages are not transferable to other individuals, and they cannot be swapped for other treatments or services. Furthermore, reservation fees typically are non-refundable but can remain on the system as a credit. Refunds can be provided for retail items if remaining in original packaging and unused.
Payments
Payment is required on the day of appointment normally after the treatment has been provided.
We Accept EFTPOS, AMEX, Afterpay, Zippay and cash payments only.
Modification to pricing and services
SkinXLulu reserves the right to change pricing for products, services, and treatments without notice.
Refer a friend promotion:
Referral Credit:
- Clients who refer a friend to SkinXLulu will receive a discount on their next treatment.
- The referred friend will also receive a discount on their first treatment at SkinXLulu.
Eligibility:
- To qualify for the referral credit, a minimum spend of $400 on services is required at the time of booking.
- The credit must be mentioned during the booking process and clearly indicated in the booking notes.
- The referred friend must be a new client to SkinXLulu for the offer to be valid.
Exclusions:
- The offer applies to treatments only and excludes product purchases.
- The offer cannot be refunded or transferred to cash.
- The referral credit must be used on a single treatment and cannot be spread over multiple visits.
Referred Friend’s Requirements:
- The referred friend must complete a paid treatment before the referring client can redeem their offer.
Multiple Referrals:
- There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer or the number of credits you can redeem.
Combining Offers:
- The referral offer can be applied to treatments that are already discounted or part of special offers, except where expressly excluded by SkinXLulu.
Credit Expiry:
- The referring client must redeem their credit within six months of their referred friend completing their treatment.
Offer Value Changes:
- From time to time, SkinXLulu may change the value of the referral credit for both the referring client and the referred friend at its discretion.
Consultation Requirements:
- All treatments are subject to a clinical consultation. Each client will be assessed on the day of their appointment for suitability before any treatment is provided.

Eligibility:
- A minimum spend of $400 on services is required at booking.

- Valid for new clients only.
- Discount code must be mentioned in notes on booking system or at the time of booking and cannot be claimed after a treatment has been performed
